Refund Policy
Lenscribe is sold through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are processed by Paddle.
14-day window
If your license is unused, or the Software doesn't work as described on your Mac and we can't fix it, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
How to request
Email yigit@shift.com.tr with your order ID, or contact Paddle via the link in your receipt. Refunded licenses are deactivated.
Third-party costs
Charges from AI providers billed to your own API keys are not refundable by us.
Chargebacks
Please reach out to us first — we'll resolve issues quickly. Disputes and chargebacks are handled by Paddle.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
