Is this a subscription?
No. Lenscribe is a one-time $49 purchase that gives you a lifetime license. AI usage is billed separately by the provider whose API key you use.
Which AI providers are supported?
Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini and OpenRouter, which gives access to many other models. You add your own API key in Settings.
Do my screenshots go to your servers?
No. Captures, prompts and your library stay on your Mac. Images are sent directly to the AI provider you choose. Only your license key and a device identifier are sent to us to validate your license. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I get my license?
After payment through Paddle, your license key is emailed to you. Paste it into Lenscribe to activate.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — contact us within 14 days of purchase. Details are in our Refund Policy.
Who processes the payment?
Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, sales tax/VAT and invoicing for your order.
